I ordered this computer yesterday at 10am, even with the service super. I was a little nervous about some of the reviews where people wrote that their computer didn't turn on, so I expected them to at least test it. After turning it on, the ASUS logo appeared and the loading wheel got stuck - it took about 15 minutes. I was worried that I had a defective piece too, but eventually the computer started up. After updating the graphics card I restarted the pc everything worked without any problems. I recommend that you wait a while when you first start it, it may take longer. But what surprised me was another thing. I got a call this morning from an Alza employee about the extended warranty. I said I couldn't afford to pay it at the moment, and we agreed that they would send me a QR code and I would pay it within a month. But when I picked up the computer from the alza box, they wanted me to pay for the warranty immediately, which was an unpleasant surprise.

It's quiet and the graphics are beautiful, but I've only been testing the computer for a short time.
I ordered the computer yesterday at 10am and today at 10am it was already in the box, even with the service super
In one review, a gentleman wrote that the computer is a little too polite from above. I don't know what kind he had at home, but we have three different ones and they all have the same top.
For Second Life, which is probably the most graphics-intensive online game I've ever played, I was running around 40 FPS on high settings in a club with about 60 people with no lag. On my last PC it was no chance. my image froze immediately. I will definitely test other games.
I was surprised by the sidewall - no screwing of screws, but two hinges on the side and it opens easily. There is also a loop (probably like a ribbon), by which it can be conveniently opened.
So far so good, we will see in a few days. At worst I'll edit the review - this is a first impression after a few hours.
The first start-up scared me - the ASUS logo with the loading wheel was stuck, but after about 15 minutes the computer started up and then worked without any problems.
On the phone we agreed that I would buy the warranty within a month, but when I took the computer out of the box they wanted me to pay for it right away.
Council: If you have two monitors like me and are not very experienced, watch out for the connectors. In my old PC I had one monitor via VGA and another via HDMI, but here I needed two HDMIs. It's not a rebuke, just a warning.
The LED button doesn't work for me either, but I don't mind.
I don't understand the absolute ignorance of Alza. For this products have almost from everyone written that there does not work operating system. So how and who does the checking there. What kind of service is it when everyone has to fix it at home themselves, if they can, to make it work. What about the ones who can't? You should be ashamed of yourself for such a service.
The RGB change button doesn't work, but I figured out on my own that you can just download Armoury Crate/Aura Sync to your PC and everything can be changed in the software. hope this helps someone 👍🏽
