After installing all the updates in Win 11 everything works.
It is not possible to simply screw a 3.5 “HDD into the cabinet, because special screws are needed, which I did not get with the assembled PC (they should have been part of the cabinet). According to the instructions, the disc should be screwed vertically and over the rubber bushings, so the screws must be longer and with a wider head.
