After building a PC with a stock cooler I was reaching 75-80° in games (AMD 5 7600). With this cooler I do not reach higher temperatures than 60° under load. For this price I can definitely recommend it. The cooler is quiet, efficient. Update. within 14 days of purchase the pump stopped working
