The monitor has a beautifully clear picture, subjectively excellent colors, and mechanically excellent workmanship (it's also heavy as a cow). USB-C with power delivery is a nice feature, but the audio output when connected via USB is quite annoying hum and growl, so especially for connecting headphones it is useless. Mechanically I would fault the buttons on the back, it's such a relic that I was hoping the manufacturers had abandoned.
Anyway, consider carefully if 4k on 32" (31.5") is ideal for you, it's really not for everyone. Still not every app can handle it, and zooming in Windows doesn't always solve everything. Moreover, 32" is already a big enough monster, you need to have it on the table far enough (i.e. have a deep enough table) so you don't wring your neck.
