I bought the monitor as a replacement for a dual monitor solution (2x27"). The 4K/32" provides a solid workspace with significantly better ergometry. My previous monitor was also MSI so the transition was not complicated. Besides the quality of the panel, the USB hub and KVM are nice. USB-C 98W reliably powers your laptop.
Reversed, the contrasting text with coloured margins gives me a headache.
For movies and some games nicer than an 18 year old IPS.
KVM, PD
Subpixels cause colored edges on sharp edges and text (bottom edges typically red). It is very distracting when reading - it looks out of focus.
The default calibration is off. in SDR mode, the image with exaggerated saturation and not natural colors. Non-HDR content in HDR mode is again washed out and colourless.
An absolutely luscious monitor that combines amazing colour accuracy in both SDR and HDR (TrueBlack400 mode). Realistically, it has no major weak spot.

I primarily bought this monitor for gaming and that is what I would recommend it for. So for productivity, it is at most "quite usable" (especially when you consider the increased risk of "burn-in" - permanently burning the image).
But MSI's GamingIntelligence software is a disaster - especially because of the forced localisation to your region's language (you can't switch to English or any other language), which is obviously machine translated and hasn't been checked at all. I recommend using the built-in OSD menu instead.
