Purchase made on 17.08 and collected on 18.08. On 19.08, while installing the monitor, the LCD panel was found to be broken. A photo and request were immediately sent to Alza, with additional photos sent on 23.08. No response has been received, and the monitor cannot be used. After plugging it in I tried simple tests, 60 fps videos in 2K quality seemed to play back in worse quality than my former full HD monitor. The worst thing was ghosting in games, of course it depends on the game, in my case I played The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth, during which I had an extreme red blur that made the game all but completely unplayable. The black edges blended into the red when running fast and it practically looked like a red spot. I will definitely be returning the product, as I wouldn't expect that much of a ghosting problem for the money.
