When looking for a 4K replacement for my current FullHD monitors, I made it a requirement to have an integrated speaker and remote control so I could control the volume comfortably from the couch when I'm not sitting at my desk. The BenQ EX2710U turned out to be a unicorn that adds superior sound quality to the required features, high resolution and refresh rate, making it one of the few on the market that actually fulfills everything I needed from it. I bought two monitors for VESA holders about half a year ago at a price of 14990, - per piece, so the current almost half higher seems a bit off.
