Heavy-duty cast iron and durable enamelled surface
The roaster features a cast iron base that retains heat and distributes it evenly across the entire surface. The inner enamelled non-stick surface resists abrasion and mechanical damage. It also prevents food from burning and simplifies cleaning, as no food residue sticks to it.
Lid and handles for easy use
The spiked lid helps keep food succulent. Condensation forms on the inside of the lid, runs down the spikes and drips evenly back onto the cooking food. This keeps your meals perfectly succulent. Integrated cast iron handles make handling the hot roaster easy.
