ASUS DUAL GeForce RTX 5060 Ti O8G

Key features of the ASUS DUAL GeForce RTX 5060 Ti O8G graphics card

Compact design with efficient cooling

The graphics card uses a 2.5-slot design that ensures high performance while maintaining compatibility with compact builds. Two Axial-tech fans with extended blades optimise airflow to the heatsink, while the smaller fan hub and barrier ring increase downward air pressure. The thoughtful layout of the shroud, heatsink and heatpipes allows the fans to take advantage of side ventilation. The fans are equipped with dual ball bearings. 0dB technology automatically stops the fans when the GPU temperature drops below 50°C and power consumption is low, eliminating unnecessary noise. A vented backplate improves heat dissipation during demanding tasks and prevents overheating and thermal throttling.

NVIDIA Blackwell architecture with advanced AI features

The card is built on the NVIDIA Blackwell architecture, which introduces fifth-generation Tensor Cores with FP4 support. The new Streaming Multiprocessors are optimised for neural shaders, while the fourth-generation Ray Tracing Cores are designed to process Mega Geometry. The architecture enables full ray tracing with neural rendering for realistic graphics. DLSS 4 with Multi-Frame Generation increases frame rates and improves image quality using AI, with the technology supported by the NVIDIA AI supercomputer in the cloud for continuous improvement of gaming capabilities. NVIDIA Reflex 2 with Frame Warp optimises the graphics pipeline and reduces latency based on the last mouse input. The card supports NVIDIA G-SYNC, NVIDIA ACE, and over 700 games and applications that use RTX technologies.

Dual BIOS and advanced features

The graphics card features a Dual BIOS function that lets you switch between Performance mode, with higher fan speeds, and Quiet mode, with a less aggressive fan profile at medium temperatures. Both modes maintain the same performance target and settings. You can further customise settings using the GPU Tweak III software, which offers tuning of GPU frequencies, memory, voltage, and custom fan profiles with real-time monitoring via a customisable on-screen display. The card supports NVIDIA Broadcast with the ninth-generation NVIDIA encoder and NVIDIA Studio with RTX acceleration in leading creative applications. MuseTree and an Adobe Bundle with RTX optimisations are also available.

Robust construction and reliability

The card is manufactured using Auto-Extreme Technology, which completes all soldering in a single pass, reducing thermal strain on components and eliminating the use of harsh cleaning chemicals while maintaining lower energy consumption during production. ASUS GPU Guard uses adhesive to secure all four corners and reduces the risk of cracks. The printed circuit board is reinforced with a backplate that protects components and conductive paths from damage. The mounting bracket is made of 304 stainless steel, which is harder and more resistant to corrosion.

Compatibility and recommended accessories

The graphics card is compatible with a wide range of systems, including small form-factor builds, thanks to its compact design. You can use the wattage calculator to estimate the required power supply wattage and select a compatible ROG, TUF Gaming, or Prime power supply. The card uses the NVIDIA app platform with Game Ready and Studio drivers that are regularly updated. NVIDIA Studio offers RTX acceleration in video editing, 3D rendering, and graphic design with maximum stability and a suite of exclusive tools that leverage RTX.
