Installation and location
The Ajax Hub 4G is designed for indoor installation and should be placed in a central location for optimal signal coverage. Installation is simple thanks to the SmartBracket mounting panel, which does not require disassembly of the cover. It is recommended to place the unit away from metallic obstacles and sources of strong electromagnetic interference. Proper placement ensures a stable connection to all sensors and sirens in the system.
Communication and security
The Ajax Hub 4G uses Jeweller's proprietary radio technology to ensure fast and reliable data transmission over distances of up to two kilometres. Communication is bidirectional and protected by dynamic key encryption. In the event of a connection failure, the system automatically switches to a backup 4G mobile network. All alerts and events are sent instantly to users via notifications.
Administration and user environment
Users can manage the device through the official iOS, Android and Windows apps. The app allows you to add devices, edit settings, create security zones and monitor system status in real time. The administrator can assign access to up to 50 users and divide the facility into nine security groups. Ajax Hub 4G also supports simple automation scenarios to control other devices.
