The GS1008 series gigabit switch perfectly meets business requirements. It's a fast and easily manageable network hub that can also provide remote power for PoE devices. The Zyxel GS1008HP supports the IEEE 802.3az (Energy Efficient Ethernet) standard, making the device energy-efficient. This ZyXEL business switch is 10× faster than standard Fast Ethernet devices.
PoE power over Ethernet
The Zyxel GS1008HP switch has a total of eight gigabit Ethernet ports, all of which support PoE+ and can deliver up to 60W (30W per port). It also includes a sophisticated system for fast and efficient PoE management. You'll appreciate the warning light that illuminates when the 50W threshold is exceeded, and if the 60W limit is surpassed, the switch automatically disconnects from the network.
