GeForce GTX 1070
NVIDIA's new product series delivers unprecedented graphical performance, now in 4K resolution.
16 nm chip
The new Pascal GP104 chip, consisting of 7.2 billion transistors, runs at a considerably higher frequency compared to previous generations.
VR support
The card calculates multiple views of the same scene simultaneously, helping to achieve fantastic results in virtual reality applications.
Groundbreaking modern platform
The Pascal GP104 graphics chip features 1920 CUDA cores, accompanied by 120 texture units. The chip is clocked at 1506 MHz, though it reaches an impressive 1683 MHz with Boost Mode.
Virtual reality has never been so close
The GeForce GTX 1070 has full virtual reality support and offers much higher performance compared to previous generations. Its 256-bit bus and fast GDDR5 memory provide data throughput reaching 256 GB/s.
Cheaper Pascal beats previous generation handily
The ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1070 Founders Edition is equipped with a reference cooler consisting of a bulky heat sink and a radial fan. A single 8-pin power connector draws enough power to keep the card running. The first tests of this model indicate a 10% performance boost compared to the GeForce GTX 980 Ti, but with significantly better operating conditions and at an attractive price.
