A Chinese Silverpoint Chef's Knife

The knife's blade is made of high-quality stainless steel with a length of 18cm and is honef to an extraordinary sharpness. It is a stampted knife with perfect balance. The metal reaches up to the half of the synthetic handle, which is very sophisticated and the knife handling is therefore comfortable and safe. The Chinese chef's knife has a similar shape to a cleaver but it is certainly not suitable for chopping or cutting bones, as it is especially designed for making noodles and very fine slices.

Two-stage Sharpener

The sharpener is made of a very durable and high-quality plastic with a soft handle. It is safe and very easy to use; just a few simple strokes and the knife is perfectly sharp again. The first step runs the blade through a coarse sharpener, which easily sharpens the blunts edges. The second stage is suitable for a fine and regular sharpening, this grade can also be used on jagged and serrated blades. The brush can be cleaned only by wiping it with a damp cloth or a fine brush, and then wiping it dry. Do not rinse it under running water.
