Siguro RC-LS500 Low Sugar Rice Master Digital Rice Cooker
This rice cooker provides a healthier way to prepare rice and pulses. Thanks to the special Low Sugar function, it partially removes starch from the rice during cooking, which reduces the glycaemic index and the content of "fast sugars", while preserving the taste and nutritional value. The 0.8L bowl has a high-quality, Swiss-made ILAG® Essential non-stick surface that is scratch-resistant and easy to clean. The controls are clear, and there is a delayed start and a warm function that keeps food warm for up to 12 hours. There are also several preset programmes to choose from—in addition to Low Sugar, there are also programmes for classic rice, soups, porridge or steaming. The package includes a practical container for low-sugar cooking, a measuring cup and a spoon, so preparing meals will always be convenient, safe and worry-free.
Simple Rice Preparation
The Preset function allows you to delay the start of cooking by up to 24 hours, so you can schedule freshly cooked rice for exactly when you want it—for example, in the morning or after returning from work. Simply add the ingredients, select a programme and set the start time. After the set time has elapsed, the Siguro RC-LS500 Low Sugar Rice Master Digital will start automatically and switch to keep-warm mode after cooking. For best results, it is recommended to rinse the rice several times before cooking, maintain a 1:1 ratio of rice to water, and use the special inner container for the Low Sugar mode.

It consists of a double-layer reinforced water-based coating that ensures long-lasting performance even with daily use. A special corrosion-resistant top layer is highly scratch-resistant and prevents food from sticking, making it easy to release from the container. Underneath is an optimised base layer for maximum durability and a specially treated substrate for perfect adhesion of the individual layers. Using the Siguro RC-LS500 Low Sugar Rice Master Digital rice cooker is extremely simple and intuitive. Just open the lid, put the ingredients in the inner container, close the lid and select the desired programme using the clear button controls. After cooking is complete, the appliance automatically switches to keep-warm mode. The rice cooker offers several preset programmes for different types of food:
- Rice – classic rice cooking (0.5–4 scoops, preparation time 40–45 minutes, delayed start option)
- Low Sugar Rice – healthier rice preparation with lower starch content (1–2 scoops, 35 minutes, delayed start)
- Soup – preparation of soups and broths (0.5 scoop, 120 minutes, delayed start)
- Steam – steam cooking (30 minutes, delayed start)
- Porridge – cooking porridge and cereals (0.5 scoop, 90 minutes, delayed start)
- Warm – keep-warm mode for up to 12 hours (no delayed start)
