This rice cooker brings a healthier way to prepare rice and legumes. Thanks to the special Low Sugar function, it partially removes starch from the rice during cooking, reducing the glycaemic index and the content of "fast sugars", while preserving the flavour and nutritional value. The 1.5L pot features a high-quality Swiss-made ILAG® Essential non-stick surface, which is scratch-resistant and easy to clean. The controls are clear, and there's a delayed start and a keep warm function to keep food warm for up to 12 hours. You can also choose from several preset programmes – in addition to Low Sugar, there are options for classic rice, soups, porridge or steaming. The package includes a practical container for low-sugar cooking, a measuring cup and a spoon, so preparing your meals will always be convenient, safe and hassle-free.
Simple rice preparation
The Preset function allows you to delay the start of cooking by up to 24 hours, so you can plan for freshly cooked rice at exactly the time you want – for example, in the morning or when you get home from work. Simply add the ingredients, select the programme and set the start time. After the set time, the Siguro RC-LS500 Low Sugar Rice Master Digital rice cooker will automatically start and switch to keep warm mode after cooking. For best results, it is recommended to rinse the rice several times before cooking, maintain a 1:1 ratio of rice to water and use the special inner pot for the Low Sugar mode.

The ILAG® Essential non-stick surface impresses with its durability, longevity and easy maintenance. It consists of a two-layer, reinforced, water-based coating that ensures long-lasting performance even with daily use. The special corrosion-resistant top layer is highly scratch-resistant and prevents food from sticking, so food releases easily from the pot. Underneath is an optimised base layer for maximum durability and a specially treated substrate for perfect adhesion of the individual layers. This makes the surface not only extremely durable, but also easy to clean – often just a wipe with a sponge is all it takes.

Using the Siguro RC-LS500 Low Sugar Rice Master Digital rice cooker is incredibly simple and intuitive. Just open the lid, put the ingredients into the inner pot, close the lid and select the desired programme using the clear push-button controls. After cooking is complete, the appliance automatically switches to keep warm mode. The rice cooker offers several preset programmes for different types of food:
- Rice – classic rice cooking (0.5–4 scoops, preparation time 40–45 minutes, delayed start option)
- Low Sugar Rice – healthier rice preparation with lower starch content (1–2 scoops, 35 minutes, delayed start)
- Soup – preparation of soups and broths (0.5 scoops, 120 minutes, delayed start)
- Steam – steam cooking (30 minutes, delayed start)
- Porridge – cooking porridge and cereals (0.5 scoops, 90 minutes, delayed start)
- Warm – keep warm mode for up to 12 hours (no delayed start)

In this mode, the appliance uses a special inner pot to drain the starchy water, keeping the cooked rice nutritious but easier to digest.
