The Siguro HC-M600W Cardinal Features a Unique Mica Panel
The convector is equipped with a unique type of radiant heating panel, where the heating element is covered by a thin sheet of mica. This sheet absorbs heat from the element very quickly without the need for lengthy heat accumulation in the panel. The surface of the heating panel is made of mica, whose chemical composition ensures extreme stability, making it ideal for use in space heaters. No matter what this mineral is exposed to, it retains its chemical composition. Mica can withstand extreme temperatures up to 600°C, light, moisture, and the effects of electricity.
Ideal Heat Source for Allergy and Asthma Sufferers
Compared to conventional convectors, the heating element heats up across its entire surface and reaches maximum output within just 60 seconds of being switched on. Thanks to the concealed heating element, it is also much safer, and this design contributes to a lighter weight. The Siguro HC-M600W Cardinal convector heater is an excellent choice for allergy sufferers, asthmatics, and people with respiratory problems – the mica panel maintains a pleasant microclimate in the room, without drying out or circulating the air.
The Siguro HC-M600W Cardinal Features Intuitive Controls
There are two ways to control the convector: either using the buttons directly on the device or with the included remote control, which comes complete with a battery (CR2032). The control panel is complemented by a backlit display for better clarity. You can easily set the temperature from 15 to 35°C in 1°C increments and choose from two power settings. There is also a timer function for automatic power-on and power-off (0–24 hours). The weekly timer then allows you to set the Siguro HC-M600W Cardinal convector heater to turn on and off at your desired times for each day of the week.
Practical Open Window Detection Feature
If there is a sudden drop in room temperature of 5°C or more within 10 minutes, an acoustic signal sounds, and the convector turns off and switches to standby mode. This feature helps save on energy costs. The Siguro HC-M600W Cardinal will also switch to standby mode if it has been in continuous operation for more than 12 hours without any buttons being pressed.
Safety First
Not only the concealed heating element but also a thermal cut-out contributes to safe operation. If the convector overheats, it automatically shuts off, and the same happens if it tips over. The Siguro HC-M600W Cardinal is equipped with a memory chip that saves the last settings (except for the timer) before switching to standby mode. When turned back on, the device starts up with these settings.
