The oil can be used in aroma lamps, diffusers or added to a bath or massage oil.

Active ingredients:
Essential oil from sweet orange tree- calms the mind, promotes relaxation and helps to release tension.
Grapefruit essential oil - stimulates the lymphatic system, promotes detoxification and refreshes the skin.
Lemon essential oil - cleanses and tones the skin, supports immunity and gives energy.
Pinene - has anti-inflammatory effects, supports the respiratory system and has antibacterial properties.
Use:
Inhalation - add 2 to 8 drops to the aroma lamp or diffuser depending on the intensity of the scent and the size of the room.
Massage - mix 7 to 25 drops with 50 ml of vegetable oil.
Bath - mix 3 to 10 drops in 1 dl of milk, a teaspoon of honey or vegetable oil and add to the bath.
