The inserted skewers will be grilled on all sides thanks to the star that is placed on top. At the bottom of the Rohnson R-2540 electric grill is a bowl into which juices, fat or marinade drip. When the glass door of the vertical grill is opened, the heating spiral stops.

The Rohnson R-2540 Vertical Grill is the perfect choice for preparing delicious, flavourful and juicy gyros. Slice the prepared meat into cone-shaped skewers and start grilling. During the process, the meat is gradually removed and the grilling of the remaining meat continues. It is important to make sure that the heating coil of the Rohnson Vertical Grill is off, ideally cooling down for a while. Then open the door, cut the meat, close the door again and start the heating spiral again.
