The Risoli DR.GREEN oval pan with lid is made from high-quality, single-piece die-cast aluminium, ensuring high durability and comfortable use. It features a water-based GREEN STONE non-stick coating, which is inert and inorganic, and offers double the wear resistance of standard pans. It's the ideal tool for low-temperature cooking, which preserves the structure of your food and enhances its flavour. The pan's practical lid can also be used as a roasting dish in the oven, giving you two pieces in one. This is certified cookware that does not release harmful substances into food and enables you to prepare meals gently, with respect for both the food and the environment.

How to use:
First, remove all labels from the product, then take a paper towel lightly dampened with cooking oil and gently wipe it over the entire non-stick surface. You can now place the product on the hob and begin preheating. After approximately 4 minutes, your Risolì will be hot and ready to use. During normal use, do not overheat the empty product – 5 minutes of preheating is sufficient.
Maintenance:
After use, clean your Risolì pan with a mild detergent and lukewarm water (GreenClean with low soda content is recommended), then dry it thoroughly with a clean cloth immediately.
Please note:
The non-stick surface, although eco-friendly, is more sensitive to abrasion, so it is not recommended to cut food directly in the pan. We also advise against using sharp metal utensils; wooden, plastic, or silicone ones are more suitable. If the surface darkens, this is not a defect but a characteristic of the eco-friendly coating, which can absorb fats (e.g., from meat) or acidic foods (e.g., tomatoes).
