Amazingly simple tool for amateur quality knife sharpening to superior sharpness. I was surprised at how easy and efficient sharpening with this sharpener is. After reading the instructions, the operation and procedure is easy and quickly the almost dull knife is very sharp again. For the rest of you, as stated in the instructions, the sharpener is not designed for sharpening knives with single-edged or corrugated blades. It is therefore not possible to sharpen e.g. a cleaver or a regular bread knife. For regular knives I can only recommend it, the knives will be in perfect condition for a long time thanks to the sharpener and cutting will be a pleasure and not a chore.
quality workmanship
works perfectly
extremely simple to operate
no grinding experience required
two sets of grinding stones
two attachments, for European and Japanese knives
also applicable to other knife brands
instructions in world languages are detailed and easy to understand with pictures and a link to the video
instructions are not in English, for most people it will not be a problem

Purchased for 1 490 CZK (which is roughly two to three hundred CZK higher compared to the competition). So far I am very satisfied with the grinder after the first grinding. I was a bit afraid to buy it because there are almost no reviews on Czech websites. I should also add that I sharpen knives of the same brand (4 star Chef knife), which probably leads to a more optimal result. For owners of quality knives of other brands, I recommend first checking the required sharpening angle.
possibility of turning the grinding stones to 8 different positions
possibility to buy spare grinding stones
attachment for Japanese knives
you can also buy a finer (white) grinding stone
robust design, no need to hold strongly
when sharpening, there is no need to exert nearly as much effort as with conventional small sharpeners, it really is almost the weight of the knife itself
manual - clarity and sufficient explanation
none for now, time will tell how good the construction is, i.e. whether it will last at least a few years
manual - it's only in English, which may be a problem for some, but in this day and age of all the different translators, it shouldn't be too bad
