I originally bought one piece marked as "unpacked", which is of course a mistake in itself, because "unpacked" usually means "damaged" or "non-functional". The lamp wouldn't charge. I returned the item, and ordered two new ones instead. After a couple of months I am claiming both with the "cannot charge" fault. It will be solved by replacement.
