The only thing good about it is the camera and the camera.
I've had this phone for 4 months, worst phone I've ever had. Automatically the brightness doesn't work, it constantly fluctuates up and down so I use manual but even manual gets pulled down outside when I take it out of my purse. After waking the phone with the side button, apps load slowly. When I go to facebook it sometimes flashes black and is generally stuck, not to mention that when I'm on the phone with someone on the other side of the caller I can't hear much. I am discouraged by the Xiaomi brand and will go to a completely different brand. My old redmi note 13 4g is also quite slow, Xiaomi no more.

Huge misstep. Unnecessary apps installed that can't be uninstalled. Once you launch any xiaomi app (music, etc. ), a bunch of ads will run first, mostly for THAT. I've spent x amount of time trying to get it all turned on and it's hell. I would not buy any Xiaomi phone again because of these intrusive and long ads. I expected a better camera according to the reviews. I rate it as average.
There is no option to sort the apps by how I want them to be next to each other or side by side. The phone sorts them alphabetically.
The phone ringtones from the factory are weirdly quiet (bland), so you can't hear much. I downloaded the ringtones from my previous phone and they are heard normally.
