If there's a definition for a Chinese solar LED light, this product fits it perfectly. I had to return the light three times. The first time, it arrived with a cracked solar panel, the second time the solar panel was peeling off, and the third time, I found just an empty locker in the AlzaBox. So, it ended with a refund.
Otherwise, the solar panel is more or less just stuck on with a hot glue gun, so I wouldn't count on the IP65 rating in the long run. A much better choice would be to pay a bit more and buy a better quality product.
