I wanted to connect the rx5700xt which has DP 1.4 but only HDMI 2.0b to a TCL 4K gaming TV. the picture was, but my pc didn't offer more than 120hz, no VRR, no freesync. after half an hour of the movie the picture dropped out, so I'm returning this adapter and I'll solve it with a newer gk with HDMI 2.1.
