Monitors:
I have two monitors, LG 4K (USB-C/HDMI) and MSI QHD (HDMI/DP). LG monitor simultaneously charges my Dell NTB via usb-c. I wanted this Hub to reduce the cables I have to connect/disconnect when I go away with my ntb. But unfortunately, the miracle didn't happen. When I connect the LG minitor via usb-c (I tried all usb-c on the hub and on my ntb) to the hub, Win11 reports "Display connection might be limited" and it won't connect the monitor. When I use HDMI, the monitor connects through the hub. But since I have a second MSI QHD monitor that can only be connected via HDMI and DP, I need to have the LG monitor connected via usb-c and the MSI via HDMI. Which doesn't work on this hub Charging:
I charge the NTB via usb-c from the LG monitor. When I connect this cable via PD usb-c on the hub, it reports slow charging in windows. And the same thing happens when I plug the original Dell 65W charger into this port. Of course, when connected directly to the ntb, charging runs at full speed even when charging via the monitor.
4K monitor via HDMI works
4k monitor via USB-C does NOT work >> so only one monitor connected via HDMI works (for me)
slow charging even with the original charger - when I connect the original laptop charger via UGREEN Uno, the computer reports slow charging

I bought a new item and I totally understand why someone returned it before me.
USB 3.2x2, i.e. 10Gbps on all ports
execution of PD
High quality textile and ideally long cable to PC
Even though in the photos the shape of the hub is metal, it is plastic
Processing looks very cheap
The display is really without practical use
The handcuffs on the side serve no purpose, they are just a design element
The hub is very lightweight because it is all-plastic, but the weight can be a plus for someone
