I bought it for my UDR7, along with the original metal stand (I didn't want to drill into the wall) and a 2.5G PoE+ injector. The adoption process was quick, I just had to adjust the transmission power for the individual bands. The LED status light can be dimmed.
Reliably extends the WiFi (excellent coverage, even on 6GHz, if positioned well)
2.5G PoE-IN port - no need for a 230V socket nearby, a switch or injector is all you need.
At least one more port wouldn't have hurt.
the optional metal stand is quite expensive

I first installed the ceiling mounted version of the u7-pro on the living room wall, then I thought it wasn't a complete hit visually so I bought the wall mounted version and replaced it in the exact same spot. The ceiling module had better signal coverage even though it shouldn't since it is designed for the ceiling. When I connected with a NB with Intel BE200 card at a distance of 4.8m with direct visibility to the ceiling module, the physical layer was fine at 5.8gbps. Same NB same place with u7-pro-wall 3,8gbps barely, in places it jumped to 2,5. Installed at a height of 2.3m in the corner, 20cm from the wall.
