The module does not implement proper MDIO initialization, so it is not compatible with Mikrotik, TP-Link or other routers. Specifically for Mikrotik you should buy TP-Link TL-SM331T or Mikrotik S-RJ01 instead, although they are more expensive and at first glance this module might seem like a good alternative.
