As is the Ubiquiti custom, a device that works first time - setup is a matter of a few minutes, installation and commissioning is also lightning fast. In the box you will find everything you need to assemble (except for a screwdriver for small screws to unscrew the antenna) and mount it on the pole. The stainless steel screw clip is not forgotten either. The setup is easy either via cable or via wifi, which the device starts to transmit after switching on for the purpose of setting up, then it goes beautifully right away, so it's up and running within a few moments. It works great even through obstacles and rushing on the route, capacity 120 Mbps, real transmission around 60 Mbps bidirectional. For the price, I'm perfectly happy.
Beware, this is not WiFi but a proprietary AirMAX technology that will never work with any standard WiFi. Only with another AirMax device from Ubiquity.
I asked a question to that effect here two weeks ago, and it disappeared after a week without an answer. So I bought the device because according to the description it is Wifi. I will therefore be returning it because it is not possible to use it to connect to a standard WiFi AP (5GHZ ACN from another manufacturer).
