My daughter has just got braces and cleaning her teeth is complicated for her. It's hard to get underneath them with a toothbrush, so the water flosser helps. The pressure is easy to adjust, it has enough nozzles, and the water gets absolutely everywhere and removes plaque.

I use the oral irrigator every day to clean the spaces between my teeth. I just fill the tank with water and I'm ready to rinse. The package also includes various nozzles for different needs. You can set the pressure yourself, and I definitely recommend starting with a lower pressure until you get used to it.
Wide range of water pressure settings
