Management switches cannot be assigned ONLY to a dedicated management VLAN!
TAKE CARE! Safety, and safety again. You can access the switch’s management interface from all VLANs managed by the switch, even though, based on the addressing, you shouldn’t have access there!
Treat the device as an EDGE switch = for security reasons, do not trust it.
Data isolation between VLANs seems to be working. …but given the management’s haphazard approach, it’s hard to trust the facility.
The only security feature on this switch is the access password.
It is difficult to assess the security implications of this architecture. Not found in the documentation….
