Decent price for a full gigabit solution
USB 2.0 for a simple home storage solution (and especially cheap - you take a frame for 200, put in a 1TB HDD from a laptop left over from an upgrade, and you have a NAS for free)
There are routers that cover even better, it's not bad, but a condo/apartment building will cover it just fine
