I like this product because of its multifunctionality and easy operation. It copes brilliantly with everyday dirt and pet hair, and long hair is not a problem either. However, when it comes to mopping, it unfortunately doesn't really cope with more stubborn sticky stains, and on rougher tiles, the mopping effect isn't as good as on parquet or smoother tiles. I really like the dirt level indicator and also the headlight on the floorhead when vacuuming, which are great features that help to better eliminate dirt. Another big plus is the range of attachments, thanks to which you can clean even in harder-to-reach places. Personally, I can highly recommend it and believe it will become a great household helper.

A perfect 5in1 multifunctional helper that takes home cleaning to a whole new level, even if it requires a few compromises. JPG
The SwitchPro single detachable motor system works brilliantly – within a few seconds, you can switch the unit from mopping to handheld vacuuming of furniture or the car. The cleaning performance in combination with the cleaning emulsion is unbelievable, and it pulls an unimaginable amount of ingrained dirt out of the floor, even from areas that looked clean. The ability to recline fully to 180° allows you to comfortably wash the floor even deep under the bed, and the dual-sided edge cleaning brush picks up dirt right up against the skirting boards. On top of that, the HEPA filter safely keeps all the dust inside without any odour. JPG

However, it has two major drawbacks that you need to bear in mind. The battery drains really quickly – during more intensive mopping and at higher power settings, the percentage drops right before your eyes, and you simply won't clean a larger house in one go. The second issue is the water tanks: due to the more compact design, the clean water tank empties quickly and the dirty water tank is full in no time, so you have to keep running off to top up and empty the water several times during a single clean. Despite these ergonomic compromises, however, it is a top-tier machine that saves a lot of time.
Quick change from a mop to a stick or handheld vacuum cleaner
Extreme cleaning performance – pulls out deep-down dirt and fine dust
Perfect cleaning right along walls and skirting boards
Quick battery drain at higher washing/suction power
Smaller tank capacity – frequent emptying of dirty water and refilling of clean water
The appliance feels quite heavy during prolonged use

The product is a great helper for both normal and more demanding cleaning. It is easy and simple to work with. Once done, I just place it in the stand and that's it. The biggest advantage is that I don't have to drag a cable behind me and look for a socket.
Easy to use
Automatic mode with floor dirt-level detection
Light sensor on the vacuum cleaner
Flexibility under furniture
Self-cleaning of the brush roller
Wireless
Quite a long charging time
Very noisy at maximum power
It is quite noisy during self-cleaning and needs to be charged to at least 18% for the function to start
Voice alerts are not in Czech

The floor washer is great as far as we're concerned, we just need to get the hang of washing out the waste container and cleaning the brush, and it will be perfect. We don't notice it so much with the vacuum cleaner. The vacuum cleaner has a built-in white light, which is super for seeing what dirt is lying around, but if someone's going to put it there, it would be nice if the vacuum actually managed to suck it up. Because if you have a light there just to see how much the vacuum fails to pick up in normal mode, then they've succeeded. But it manages to vacuum carpets well enough, which the floor washer can't do. For us, having it as part of the floor washer is a nice plus, but it's probably better to buy a more powerful vacuum cleaner separately alongside a Tineco floor washer. A great benefit is the self-cleaning programme, which does most of the work for you. However, you can't avoid cleaning the waste container, which is unfortunately also hard to open; this can result in you having to clean up all over again if the contents spill out. Well, they could do with tweaking this a bit. The cleaning reminders in the app are a nice touch. The simplicity of the app and the overview of when you cleaned is also great, as this way you know if your partner actually mopped. 😁 Though the truth is, you'll fall in love with the floor washer so much that you'll want to do the cleaning yourself anyway. With kids and dogs, it's a huge help – you no longer have to lug a bucket of water all over the house. And above all, when our child spills something, you can clean it up in no time without having to spend ages setting up a mop. I believe that in winter it will be brilliant for those footprints in the hallway from snow and salt. We definitely recommend this floor washer!

This machine has made cleaning much easier for us. The floor is beautifully clean, shiny and dries quickly. The machine detects dirt and increases its power. Mopping under furniture is easy. The motor can simply be moved to the vacuum cleaner and used as one.
The roller cleans and dries itself in the base. I'm giving it a minus for the app being in English.
Suitable for a household with children
Good for vacuuming up cat hair and crumbs.
The base station washes and dries the roller
simple operation
floors
gets under furniture
Cleaning is quicker and easier
You need to clean the tanks after tidying up
You sometimes need to go over the same spot several times for dried-on dirt.
