The box arrived opened and taped back together with adhesive tape. Fortunately, nothing was missing. The manual is incomplete and generic, it doesn't explain where to pour the Tineco solution in the station. After cleaning, the device remains damp, I hope it won't get mouldy inside. It mops nicely, but it didn't mop away dried-on dirt and smudges; it lacks steam power. For that money without steam, it's not worth it in my opinion.

It didn't quite shift very dried-on dirt, but otherwise it's an absolutely brilliant helper that doesn't even leave streaks. The controls are simple, and the self-cleaning cycle is too. A minor drawback is emptying the dirty water along with the vacuumed-up grime, as it's not particularly well separated.

It mops reliably and without streaks, the residual water is wiped away well, and the floor is dry within a minute, without increasing the humidity in the room. The appliance is a bit heavy; it assists when moving forward, but you need to put some effort in when pulling it back. It's very easy to manoeuvre under low furniture. Maintaining the machine is quicker thanks to the self-cleaning function, which requires emptying the dirty water tank and drying the mopping roller. The self-cleaning is quite noisy, but standby mode is quiet and doesn't emit any light. The operation itself isn't significantly disruptive. I appreciate the large water tank and how quickly the water heats up before mopping. The cleaning solution included in the package doesn't have any scent.

I am 100% satisfied with this floor washer. It really does everything it promises. I struggled a bit with the initial setup, but since I've had it at home, it's been the biggest help. The washer is in use every day and works brilliantly. On a single charge, I can easily mop the entire flat, but at the same time, it's ready to use at any moment for any accident. There's no need to vacuum before mopping; the washer really gets right up to the wall, pulls dirt towards itself, and can handle hair and pet fur, even dried-on stains. You can choose from four different modes. You do need to refill the clean water and empty the dirty water quite often, but the water ready in the station makes this much easier (refills at the touch of a button). After mopping, the washer cleans and finally dries itself. The washer announces everything it needs in English. This floor washer saves me a lot of time and, on top of that, our floors are always beautifully clean.
