Unfortunately, I discovered there was a puzzle piece missing from the box.
Alza can't handle complaints regarding collector's items. Although they supplied the missing puzzle pieces during my first complaint, they ruined the outer box by sticking labels on it and sending the product unwrapped, which caused damage. They are now rejecting any further complaints from me.
