For a vacuum cleaner that is supposed to be for animal hair, it gets tangled in the vacuum head and I have to take it out while vacuuming. But for the price, a solid vacuum cleaner, sucks what it's supposed to. I appreciate the charging station.

We wanted a stick vacuum, knowing that 15k+ for a Dyson was "unappealing" to us. So we bought the cheapest one, which on paper suited us, with the understanding that we would try it and in case of inadequacy clean it, return it, try another one.
