I have a lever coffee maker, so I use a 4 grind coarseness and the coffee is always done just fine and is good. I've learned to put in 2 cups, even though I only have 1, because sometimes I don't manage to grind all the beans, but that's not something I wouldn't buy a grinder for next time.
