Good frying with minimum fat
Easy to clean
larger capacity than fryers with basket
Works slowly - things like falafel dry out before they fry
Metal basket (for food that would be destroyed by the mixing paddle) is not included and can only be purchased at a high price

Raw potato fries and frozen pre-fried fries are very good.
It also works well as a hot-air oven for preparing individual meals.
Cooking programs cover most cooking methods.
It cleans well.
The temperature is not visible when selecting a program.
It looks a bit flimsy. The lid could lift a little more. When I take it apart or clean it, I'm afraid I'll break it off.
