This is my severalth Tefal handheld steamer and I have always been happy with them. However, none of the previous ones had suction technology available, so I was curious to see how effective this type of steamer would be. I'm certainly not disappointed. Of course, if you need to iron "thicker" materials, you need to swipe the area several times, but for normal ironing, when you don't have the time or inclination to take the classic iron and ironing board out of the cupboard, this steamer is more than enough. Of course, as far as the water container goes, it's not big enough to last you for hours and hours of ironing, but that's a classic "problem" with steamers. Perhaps the only complaint I have is that the previous Tefal steamer had a "lever" that kept the activation button constantly pressed. For this product, the button must be held down manually at all times. Otherwise, I am extremely satisfied.
