After a few uses, the Velcro stopped sticking. After putting it on, it holds for about 3 seconds and then falls onto the road with the phone, brilliant. I've tried fluffing it up and cleaning it in various ways, but it's no use. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. If anyone has the same issue, I'm sure we can agree that it's not fair when it falls out of your hand with your phone in it. 🙂
