I use induction for cooking. It is possible that the interior is not made of stainless steel and is therefore also heated by induction, which leads to "toasting". We have only used the pot twice (the first time was a disappointment because of the above and the second time as a "I'll give it another chance", but in this case the above was repeated.
It holds 2 litres of milk (not much more)
The pot is useless for boiling milk.
The inner casing is "grooved" so that the cooked milk gets trapped in it.
After cooking, it looks like the milk is scalded and it is very difficult to clean it.
