For how expensive it is, everything about it is wrong. The cap partially broke off almost immediately. I couldn't figure out how to get to the tray to pry it out, I pried it off with a screwdriver. Eventually I found out that it screws in (which I had tried several times before, to no avail), it was just so tight that it couldn't be loosened. And adding an arrow to indicate it is probably too much trouble. The shape of the holes doesn't match regular pencils and crayons at all, although they can be trimmed, but instead of a long tip here it will make a short one that will expand very quickly. Overall, I feel it's a total bazmek that they made a nice image and set a high price. Instead of this, I recommend the "STAEDTLER for 2 pencils with tray" at half the price and with many times the quality.
