The arm can be rotated well, exactly as needed. The pad glued to the deck holds well. But, unfortunately, the attached holder does not hold so well on it. The holder attached to the mat came off overnight without anything on it. I didn' t even have the mount out, so minimal leverage. When I attached it to the mat again (everything clean), I didn' t even move it with force, but after three hours of driving, it gave way and my shoulder and mobile phone fell off while I was driving.
