The first time I was forced to claim the holder because it was literally falling off the glass with its own weight. It was either a defect of the piece or a consequence of the fact that it was an unpacked piece. After a warranty exchange for a new copy, the problem did not recur.
The cable is not detachable, which would be useful at least for aesthetic reasons sometimes.
The quality of the cable's processing is severely lacking behind the rest of the device, next to the very high-end-looking holder, the thin, unbraided, relatively stiff cable looks downright cheap.
The holder is basically "disposable". The very pliable suction cup is equipped with an adhesive layer, thanks to which it adheres well to the glass, but the suction cup is not replaceable and once coarse dirt sticks to it, for example, the holder is practically discarded.
The mount overall is totally disassembled, user mounting for example another "pad" on the ball head is apparently officially impossible.
