took off the broken glass, cleaned screen with provided wet wipe, secured the new glass with provided tape (does not stick so well - i would recommend using extra ducktape), cleaned again, wiped with microfiber, took off protective foil and flipped the glass on the phone screen. had some dust trapped in, took glass off, used the provided sticky thing to remove it, a little fight with corners and finished.

covers whole screen (could be 0.5mm taller)
no bubbles
black border - does not match the actual zenfone 10 screen
the corners had air pockets - but was easily fixed by lifting the corner and pushing the glass with a finger from center to corner
