Both the ANC and the ambient sound mode work brilliantly
The person on the other end of the line praises the call quality – it really does block out a lot of noise (I tested it next to a motorway and the other person could hear me clearly – perhaps it’s a combination with the phone – I’m not sure). )
Occasionally, there’s a crackling sound in the earpiece – as soon as I go somewhere with some cover, such as into the woods.
It doesn’t matter which streaming platform I’m using, or the volume or headphone settings in the app – sometimes it happens every few seconds, other times not once during the whole walk – I can’t make a complaint because I don’t know how to prove it.
