The stand is overall fine, nice, quite sturdy and stable, made of nice material. The only thing that hurts is the lack of space for "bigger" knives. The cutouts in the top row could all be a bit taller, like the first one on the left, unfortunately this way it only fits 1 larger knife, 1 pastry knife and then lots of small ones. If the holes in the top row were made a little bigger, to be like the first one on the left, it would increase the use value quite a bit. But otherwise, for the money, quite satisfied.
There is only 1 hole for a classic large knife, of which one usually has more than one. The other ones won't even fit medium knives. It is therefore in practice a stand for 11 small and 1 large knife.
