I am disappointed. I was looking forward to this board because I needed something for quick ironing so that I wouldn't have to set up my big ironing board. Unfortunately, they sent me a damaged product where the cover of the ironing board was cut, which means it will obviously tear even more during ironing. It is clear that this damage couldn't have happened during transit because the box was undamaged. This means that either the product wasn't checked properly during restocking or it was deliberately sent with this damage. Maybe it was a product that had already been returned, so they tried their luck with me 😂. I will definitely be returning this item and asking for a new ironing board cover. I think that for this price, the goods should meet a certain level of quality, and above all, Alza should care about its reputation by sending undamaged items. I buy from Czech companies to be sure that I get quality goods, otherwise I might as well have ordered from China on AliExpress and it would have been the same, except it would have cost me half the price 😂. Unfortunately, I also ordered another item in that order (a dressmaker's dummy) and that arrived damaged as well, and therefore unusable. Unfortunately, in this case, it was a product costing nearly 2,000Kč. I don't know if I'll ever order anything from Alza again.

Damaged, slashed cover on the ironing board, so it will keep tearing during ironing.
