After the first cooking, it was found to be unable to absorb moisture at all. The steam is not sufficiently extracted and remains not only on the hood itself, but mainly on the surrounding cabinets and drips onto the worktop. After replacing it with another hood, the problem stopped, so I believe this one is poorly designed and does not perform its basic function. Alza sends the product to the service, where they do not even unpack the hood and send it back as "repaired", which is the height of insolence for me. Unfortunately I will have to contact the CTIA because the second claim was rejected completely.
