The only problem I see is that they pack the kettle with the replacement filters tightly in the box so that the bottom of the kettle shows hairline cracks ( it doesn't leak, it doesn't continue to crack), it looks bad. Anyway, the claim was incredibly fast and the next day we had a new one ready in Alzabox.

I'm sorry for the negative review, but filling the kettle is very problematic. The hinged filling hole gets stuck to the lid of the kettle with water/moisture and even the water jet is not able to push this through. It is necessary to push the lid down with a finger to allow the water to fill.
The water flows out of the filter chaotically and spills out in different directions. A non-significant detail is also an asymmetrical date indicator.
