In the instructions in a foreign language, as the one in Czech, which is imposed by law and European directive. It's not in the package or here on the web! It says that Zigbee mode is activated by pressing the reset button 5 times in a row. It doesn't do anything though, I've tried about 100 times and nothing. I even logged it and the switch registers 5x presses, but it is absolutely unresponsive and does not trigger any action! Support referred me to a non-existent entry in the web interface, without success. Then I went to the forums and Reddit and everyone who bought this switch has this problem, it's an absolutely non-functional product! Someone succeeded with a certain beta firmware version that boots into Zigbee immediately, someone gave advice on ultra fast clicking etc, 99% of the time it doesn't work for anyone. I'm not a guinea pig. If a product declares something, it must support it and the instructions should match it! Alza should recall the product until the manufacturer corrects these fundamental errors! And also include Czech installation and user instructions as required by law for these types of devices. Definitely don't buy it, it's a piece of crap in development.
